It will depend on the nature of your emergency and on your circumstances. We may do one or more of the following:

contact your GP or next of kin

come to your home to give you some direct help (i.e. if you have fallen)

offer support and reassurance to you
All calls to the Control Room are recorded and the information stored and processed.
If someone needs to come to help you then they will try, wherever possible, to be there in about 20 minutes. This response time is affected by many factors including any other calls being attended, road traffic conditions and the distance you are from the nearest located Warden.
