What is the Transitional Employment Programme?
The Transitional Employment Programme (TEP) is a unique employment programme that successfully matches employers' recruitment needs with highly motivated members who attend Caledonia Clubhouse.
By becoming part of our TEP you gain qualified and enthusiastic workers. Your business or organisation is also offered support from staff within Caledonia Clubhouse to ensure that the TEP is working to a high standard.
TEP is a cost effective recruitment solution for your organisation. The TEP may save you money because you do not spend time recruiting and retraining staff.
Currently we have placements within Falkirk Council, Mathiesons, Redeem, People First and FDAMH.
How does it work?
Caledonia Clubhouse will tailor the TEP to match your organisational needs to the needs of our members. We will adapt the TEP to ensure a successful partnership between our organisations.
We will work with you to identify your requirements and draw up a contract to clarify the expectations and responsibilities of both parties.
Our staff will also provide ongoing support for your organisation if required. A staff member will learn all the aspects of the job and train and support the members taking up the TEP. Staff will work with the member until all parties are satisfied that the member is able to work to the required standard.
