The Integrated Community Mental Health Service for Falkirk aims to support people with mental health problems in the community by using a range of health and social work interventions.
We provide an integrated mental health service that includes carrying out assessment, treatment, care management and support for individuals with severe and enduring mental health problems.
The service also provides support and advice to Primary Care Services, Housing and Social Work Services and the police in relation to people with less serious mental health problems who require intervention.
Who are we?
The Integrated Community Mental Health Service for Falkirk consists of Joint Health and Social Work Community Mental Health Teams, Day Services and the Community Rehabilitation Team.
The service is made up of three integrated Community Mental Health teams: two teams cover the west and central areas, and the third covers the east area.
