We have a number of Social Work offices within Falkirk and the surrounding area. If you need access to a Social Work service, please contact your local Social Work office (postal addresses and email addresses are shown below). The Emergency Duty Team, our headquarters, and the Hospital Social Work Team (based at Falkirk Royal Infirmary) are also listed below.
The local offices are open from Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm, but our offices in Bo'ness, Camelon, Laurieston and Meadowbank close over lunchtime (from 12.30-1.30pm).

Emergency Duty Team
If you need an urgent social work service outwith the normal office hours, you can contact the Emergency Duty Team on 01786 470500. The team is there to help anyone experiencing personal or family problems that reach a crisis at nights, weekends or bank holidays.

Criminal Justice Service
The Criminal Justice Service is also based at the Social Work headquarters. You can contact them on 01324 506464.
Hospital Social Work Team
We have a team of social workers who can offer advice and guidance to patients and their families, and facilitate discharges from hospital. This service is for adults and older people and is available Mondays to Fridays from 9am-5pm. If you need advice about issues relating to children, please contact your local social work office.
