| (a) | (a) Scottish Trades Union Congress (STUC) and Scottish Government - Memorandum of Understanding Council endorses the recent memorandum of understanding between the Scottish Government and the Scottish Trades Union Congress (STUC) promoting progressive employment practices. Falkirk Council not only welcomes such collaborative working but would wish to make a positive contribution.
