| (a) | (a) Regeneration Programme Council notes with satisfaction the progress made in the regeneration of our district centres during the time of the previous Administration and looks forward to the completion of these within the timescale of this Council Council therefore resolves to develop a programme for the regeneration of smaller areas of population. Officers are therefore instructed to bring forward a report to Economic Development Committee with a detailed audit of the needs of our smaller areas of population as the first step towards the formation of individual regeneration plans.
