Mentally Healthy Workplaces Training aims to encourage good practice in promoting positive Mental Health and Wellbeing. This one day course, delivered by the Health Promotion Team from Forth Valley Health Board, looks at what makes us mentally happy and what keeps us mentally healthy, so that we may enjoy life, work more efficiently, and make it easier for others to interact with us.
By the end of the programme delegates will:
- Know how to deal with mental health wellbeing issues at work.
- Know what support mechanisms are available to managers and employees to deal with mental health issues at work.
- Understand their roles and responsibilities relating to mental health and wellbeing at work.
This one day course is delivered via blended learning and before attending this course you must have completed the Mentally Healthy Workplaces on-line course – the link for the course will be sent to you prior to the training.
