From 4 November 2019, if your black box or food waste collection service is on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be changing to a weekday collection. 

All collection calendars have been updated to reflect the new arrangements. Please note all other collections remain unchanged.

Food waste is collected every week and is for all cooked and uncooked food. Food packaging and liquids are not accepted.

The black box is collected every 2 weeks (alongside the food caddy) and is used to collect glass bottles, jars, small electrical items, textiles(bagged in a recycling sack) and batteries.

If your black box or food waste caddy needs replacing, complete the replacement container request form.
