Team Leaders and co-ordinators continue to attend Council of the Future workshops. A workshop on Cultural Change was recently completed and the customer satisfaction was 88%. In the world of compulsory training this is a very high score. There has not however been as good an uptake as hoped. Look out for further workshops if you missed the opportunity to attend.

The workshop currently underway is Coaching for the Future and the content is matched to International Coaching Federation competences.

As part of the Fit for the Future project a review of the Council's Achievement & Personal Development Scheme (APDS) was undertaken. A Hackathon was used to gain thoughts on a new process and the outcome has been a revamp of the style which is now much more about having a conversation using a coaching style. Initial feedback has been mainly positive and amendments have been made following a consultation. There will be further consultation on the name of the process which at present is being called Good Conversations.

A new elearning package on Dealing with Violence & Aggression is currently being worked on and will be available soon.
