Mental health in the workplace is as important as ever and we recently told you about employees who volunteer to be mental health first aiders.

A mental health first aider is someone who can signpost employees to internal and external services where they can find additional support.

A commitment has been made to have 100 active mental first aiders signed up by March 2022, but to do this we need employees to help us. Employees who want to become a mental health first aider will be provided with training and further support.
