All
- Consideration to be given to whether any projects can be accelerated or new projects identified
- PIDs/Project plans to be refreshed in light of COVID19 by 31st July 20
- Risk logs to be documented for each project by 31st July 20
Closer to Home
- Need to resolve staffing issues – significantly reduced workforce due to COVID-19 and work ongoing with HR
- Need to resolve IT needs for working from home where role allows
Closer to Communities and Locality Planning
- Projects have now been merged. Vision and objectives to be established
- Review of pre-COVID report and meeting with CVS Falkirk to discuss lessons learned and way forward to be arranged
Succeed Today Excel Tomorrow (STET)
- Need decision on releasing full 5-year capital requirements for Connected Falkirk – agreed at Emergency Executive 27/06/20
- Report to go to Executive (date to be confirmed) to agree STET programme to allow statutory consultation to progress.
Advice Hubs & Spokes
- Need to reconsider the role of the Hubs. Focus on value add customer contact and all council customer facing contact to be located from Hubs
- Decision on Central Hub location – alternatives being considered
- Paper needs to be prepared for Executive
Change Fund
- 3 projects submitted change fund bids. – STET, Enabled Communities and Closer to Home
Capital
- No further capital requirements raised
- Capital plans will be submitted for STET; Advice Hubs already have capital agreed in priori year
