The deadline for applying for EU, EEA or Swiss employees to apply for Settled Status is 30 June 2021. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), applications are taking longer than normal so we recommend applying as soon as possible.

EU Settlement Scheme is open for EU, EEA or Swiss employees and their families to apply to the EU Settlement Scheme (settled and pre-settled status) if they want to continue living and working in the UK after 30 June 2021.

Please contact HR Helpdesk hrhelpdesk@falkirk.gov.uk if we can assist you in applying for settled status.

When you have received confirmation of your settled status, please contact your line manager to let them know the outcome. This information will be held confidentially in your employee record.

More information can be found on our UK withdrawal from the EU - Support for our employees page.
