Retirement Policy (non-teaching)

We have taken on board feedback from employees and Trade Unions about the 5 year limit on flexible retirement and propose to remove this from the policy. We have also added in a confirmation that the Actuarially Reduced Pension (ARP) is to ensure consistency.
