The Organisational Development team have just recently completed their first ever part virtual ILM courses and we are all now masters of breakout rooms. Necessity is the mother of invention and all that.

The next ILM courses to run will all be run virtually using MS Teams. We will review later in the year what should stay as virtual learning and what should be face to face learning.

The courses starting in September are:

ILM Level 2 Award in Leadership & Team Skills

This qualification is suitable for practicing team leaders, helping them to become more effective and confident in their leadership role. It also supports new and aspiring team leaders assisting with their transition from working within a team to leading one

ILM Level 3 Certificate Leadership & Management

This qualification is suitable for experienced team leaders who wish to challenge their thinking and are looking for opportunities to work at a higher level
