Dashboard Update

• Smart dashboard now in use.
• 11 Projects in Gateway 3, 2 in Gateway 2 and 1 in Gateway 1
• RAG status applied based on the milestones over the next three-month period
  • 6 projects are rated Red
  • 1 Amber
  • 6 Green.
  • Amber project to be updated to green
• Risks and Issues to be reviewed by all projects to confirm likelihood and severity are rated accurately

Project Successes

• Central Hub due to open August
• All schools apart from 2 now have Wi-Fi in place as part of Connected Falkirk
• Early indications are that the Initial Response Team (part of Closer to Home) is having a major impact

Finance

• A new report has been developed for financial reporting in Integra and an example will be circulated around board for comment and feedback.
