There's a new system for booking desks and other resources at Falkirk Council buildings and offices, called Bookings.
Developed in-house by the Innovation & Digital team, it's a simpler way to book desks, resources or equipment - with some handy new features.
Since launching at the end of January, more than 460 colleagues have made close to 3,000 bookings through the system.
What's new?
- Search for any bookable resource based on location, equipment or type
- Automatically adds and removes bookings to your Outlook calendar
- Remembers your favourite desk
- Zoomable floor plans
- Add car parking spaces to your booking
- Check-out of a booking early
- View calendars for all bookable resources
Bookings for Meeting Rooms, Booths and Pods at The Foundry will be added soon. In the meantime, you can continue to book these resources in Outlook.
