Part 1 (section 2) of the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014 ("the Act") places a duty on all public authorities to report after the end of each 3 year period, on the steps they have taken to secure better or further effect the requirements of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC).
Both reports share the work that has been undertaken to promote and embed Children’s Rights here in Falkirk.
Future reporting will be co produced with children and young people and will be included within our Integrated Children's Services Plan.
