Update 5 May 2023
The Consultation Report on the proposal to change free home to school transport entitlement for Falkirk Council Schools has now been published. This allows time for interested parties to review the report prior to a final decision being made by the Education, Children and Young People Executive.
The outcome of the statutory consultation will be reported to the Education, Children and Young People Executive on 30 May 2023 to make a decision.
In accordance with the Schools (Consultation) (Scotland) Act 2010 Education Scotland have also published a separate report.
