Submission History: The remit of the Policy Development Panel is to consider four particular aspects of civic licensing activity, namely: " the duration of taxi and private hire car licences " the terminal hour for late hours catering establishments " the development of a policy covering parades and processions, " to review the Resolution to ensure that it meets the needs of present day circumstances and remains fit for purpose This first meeting will agree the order in which the panel wishes to undertake its review. A copy of the report considered by the Executive on 30 September 2014 is attached. Members of the panel have been provided with a summary of the key issues to assist their decision making.
