As a first point of contact our Customer First Team| also provides you with access to all Council and related services.

Our Customer First advisors, who are trained to deal with a wide range of enquiries and will assist you at your first point of contact or convey your enquiry to the appropriate service.

  • request a service online, including requesting a special uplift, reporting antisocial behaviour or benefit fraud, and reporting a road or street defect
  • visit our customer contact points at your local One Stop Shop, where Customer First advisors will assist you or let you speak direct with the correct service representative
