Following recent discussions at a national level, the Craft pay award will be implemented in employees' December pay, backdated to 01 April 2023.

UNISON have also now confirmed their acceptance of the SJC and CO pay awards. The Council has already implemented the pay rates from the original circular and backdated the April 2023 element of the award in employees’ November pay.

There was to be a further uplift for those on point 33 and above effective from 01 January 2024, with the updated national circular now confirming the agreement that this will be backdated to 01 April 2023. We will be working on this with the aim to pay this additional element and associated back pay in January 2024 pay.
