Scam email alert

We have been made aware of a scam email currently circulating that falsely claims to be about outstanding Council Tax payments.  These emails may ask you to check your payment status by clicking on a link.  Falkirk Council will never ask you to do this. 

We strongly advise you not to click on any links found in emails unless you can verify the sender.

Council Tax helps pay for services that we provide such as schools and refuse collection.

Council Tax is charged annually and is collected over 10 months from April to January unless you pay by direct debit.
