A pulse survey was launched to help us understand how employees - who have been working from home since March 2020 - might want to work when we are able to return to the office setting.

The survey was anonymous and ran for two weeks from 17 September until 12 October.

We'd like to thank the 642 employees who took the time to respond. Your views provide us with invaluable insight.

Next steps

The results of the survey will help inform talks currently underway with Trade Unions regarding the Hybrid Working Policy, which we are hoping can be presented to Executive before the end of the year.

The information will also be shared with:

  • Directors to help them understand the views of those who work for their service
  • Our ICT Team so they can look to resolve the prevalent IT issues
  • Managers so they are better informed when discussing how employees will work in the future

To find out more about how we will use the information, contact hrhelpdesk@falkirk.gov.uk.
