ILM Award in Leadership & Team Skills qualification is ideal for practicing team leaders, helping them to become more effective and confident in their leadership role. It also supports new and aspiring team leaders assisting with their transition from working within a team to leading one.

The programme is delivered with a mix of classroom, virtual and e-learning. Attendance at all classroom/virtual days and the completion of e-learning module(s) is compulsory. The first session is a full-day Classroom session followed by a series of 2 hour MS Teams virtual sessions. It is important that every effort is made to attend all sessions. Access to a laptop is a requirement.

By undertaking this course you are committed to an assessment process which covers each individual module. Assessments include: work-based assignments and some short answer (essay-style) questions.
