How to book a course

Your line manager will need to contact the Customer and Business Support team to book the course.

Customer and Business Support team

The booking email must include your:

  • Employee number
  • Service
  • Location
  • Email address

A cost code will also be needed if there is a charge for the course.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your course, please contact the Customer and Business Support team as soon as possible.

We use external providers to deliver a number of the courses and we agree the daily fee in advance with these consultants and calculate the cost per person. If you cancel your place on the course 14 days before the training, there will be a charge.

Cancellation charges

  • 5 working days or less - 100% of cost
  • 6 – 14 working days - 50% of cost
  • 15 + working days - No charge
