This is a 4 part training course for line managers to improve their knowledge, skills and confidence in the disciplinary and grievance process. This will cover:

  • Managing Conduct
  • Disciplinary Investigations
  • Disciplinary Hearings
  • Grievance Handling

This course will focus on all aspects of the disciplinary process from how to identify the conduct issues initially to understanding the grievance hearing and appeals process. This will also focus on how to arrange various aspects of the process, who to speak to and how to follow through.
