Hundreds of employees have asked to create a MyView account since the HR & Payroll portal went live on the Falkirk Council website on Monday.
Over the past five days, our HR & Payroll Systems team has been inundated with questions about activating an account using a personal email address. As of yesterday (Thursday), 1100 emails had been received and 800 responded to so far.
Lisa Martin, Senior HR Systems & Payroll Officer, said: “We’ve had a really positive response and are delighted so many people want to find out more about using MyView. We’ve now got two people in our team working full-time to answer queries and set up people’s access to the system.”
Moving MyView to sit on our website means Falkirk Council and Community Trust employees now have the option to view payslips, update personal information and much more from their personal laptop, tablet or mobile phone.
