  • 3 projects are rated red
  • 8 projects are rate green
• Risks and issues to be reviewed by all projects to confirm likelihood and severity are rated accurately

Project Successes

• Phase 1 of Community Choices complete
• A Champions group is in place, increasing the input from young people at service design stage around Supported Accommodation
