Assisted collections
If you are unable to put your recycling and waste containers out for collection because of your age, poor health or a disability, we may be able to help.
On your collection days, we will collect your bins and containers and return them after they are emptied. All bins and containers must be stored in an accessible location.
Collection crews carrying out an assisted collection will close any access gates where possible. However, householders remain responsible for securing any access gates and maintaining them in a safe working order.
This service is free of charge.
