We want to hear about your experience. Your feedback can help us improve our housing services and how we involve people in decisions that affect them.
Who can take part?
You can register your interest if you have used any of these services:
- Housing advice
- Homelessness services
- Housing allocations
- Tenancy support
- Other housing-related services
How to get involved
Everyone has different preferences. You can choose how you would like to share your views, including:
- Completing a survey
- Joining an online discussion
- Attending a local meeting
- Taking part in a one-to-one conversation
- Receiving updates by email
Registering your interest does not mean you have to take part. You can decide which opportunities are right for you.

What happens next?
If you register your interest, we will contact you for further details and when there are opportunities to share your views. Your feedback will help us improve housing services and how we engage with people who use them.
