On occasion, we may be able to offer an unpaid work experience placement – up to a maximum of 2 weeks. This is normally available for college and university students and does not apply to school pupils who can find more information at Work experience placements for school pupils.

If you wish to apply for an unpaid work experience placement, please submit a request to hrhelpdesk@falkirk.gov.uk.

Please note that it may take up to 6 weeks to confirm whether we can offer you a work experience placement.

If you are looking to start work or training, please contact our Employment Training Unit to register your interest and one of the team will assist you.

If you are a recent graduate, we normally advertise our graduate/intern scheme recruitment in March/April on My Job Scotland.
