Local authorities and health boards are required by law to work together to plan and deliver community health and social care services. This way of working is referred to as health and social care integration.

Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership is responsible for managing services in Falkirk. The Partnership and its Integration Joint Board follow its Integration Scheme to do this. The scheme sets out which services are planned by the Partnership and the arrangements for delivering and monitoring services.
