Under One Roof are a charity that provide free and impartial, online and interactive information about common repairs and tenement maintenance: helping private flat owners understand their rights and responsibilities to manage their building. 

They have hosted a series of webinars to give free and independent information to help address a range of issues affecting tenement owners in Scotland. You can access recordings of past webinars.

Under One Roof, in conjunction with Falkirk Council, are hosting a free Retrofitting Webinar on Wednesday 18 February 2026, noon to 1pm.

Open to homeowners, landlords and letting agents across the Falkirk area, this webinar will introduce the basics of retrofit and explain how you can work with your fellow owners to carry out energy efficiency improvements throughout your building.
