Grangemouth - Start 10k Round the houses race at 12.30pm from Grangemouth stadium, down Service Road (parallel with Inchyra Road) onto Bo'ness Road, to Park Road to war memorial through Zetland Park across Kingseat Avenue along path at Grangeburn to Rannoch Park, through park to top of Inchyra Road down main path across Kersiebank Avenue to bottom of Inchyra Road, back up Service Road turn into Inchyra Park, across park into rear back gate of stadium, finish on track.
