• Apply for a new address (individual and large development sites)
• Request an alteration to your address
• Request the renumbering of a previously addressed scheme or part thereof

Please ensure that you have read the guidance notes below prior to completing your application.

Once you have submitted your application, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. The email will include your application reference number, which you should keep safe as it will be required to pay any applicable fees.

Do not make a payment when you receive your application reference number. We will first assess your application to determine the correct fee and will then contact you with payment instructions.
