If you do not have a myaccount, you will need to register for one to access all the features of Housing Online.

Follow the steps below to create a myaccount account.

  • A verification email will be sent to you - click the link in your verification email.
  • You will then be prompted to log in to your myaccount.
  • Once logged in, you will be presented with a page of terms and conditions. Once you have read the terms and conditions, tick the checkbox to confirm you have.
  • Then, click ACCEPT to proceed.
  • A consent page will open - click YES, TAKE ME THERE.
  • This will open the registration page for Housing Online.

Existing Falkirk Council Tenant or housing applicant

  • If you are an existing Falkirk Council tenant or housing applicant, select the Existing Applicants and Tenants – Register option, and complete the registration form.
  • Please note that you will need your payment reference number or person reference number to register.

New housing applicant

  • If you are a new applicant, select the New Client – Register option, and complete the registration form.
  • Please note that you will need to provide 5 years of address history in the address section.

Once you have completed the registration form, you will then be prompted to log in to Housing Online with your email address and password.

The registration process is now complete.
