If you do not already have a myaccount, you need to create one before you can use Housing Online. 

Create a myaccount

Complete the myaccount registration form.

You will then:

  • receive a verification email
  • click the link in the email to confirm your account
  • log in to your new myaccount

Accept terms and continue

After logging in: 

  • read the terms and conditions 
  • tick the box to confirm 
  • select Accept 
  • select Yes, take me there 

This will open the Housing Online registration page.

Register for Housing Online

If you are already a Falkirk Council tenant or have applied for housing with us before

  • select Existing applicants and tenants – Register
  • complete the form

You will need:

  • your payment reference number or
  • your person reference number

Please contact us if you don't know what this is.

If you are a new applicant

  • select New client – Register
  • complete the form

You will need:

  • 5 years of address history

What happens next

Once you finish the form:

  • you’ll be asked to log in to Housing Online
  • your registration will be complete
