Create a MyFalkirk account
Start your registration
Before you can register for a MyFalkirk account, you must first create a mygovscot myaccount. myaccount is a service created by Scottish local governments that allows you to use a single account to access a range of public services online.
Once you have created your myaccount, you can give Falkirk Council permission to use your contact details to create a 'MyFalkirk' profile.
To get started creating your myaccount, click on the 'Register for an account' button below:
Create your account
Select 'Register' under the 'Create new account' section.
Add your account information
Step through the form to add your details to your new myaccount.
Sign in using your 'one time password'
Once you have created your account, you will receive 2 emails, one that will tell you your myaccount username and another with a 'one time password' that you can temporarily use to sign in to your myaccount.
Change your password
You will be asked to create a new password that you will be able to remember more easily.
Sign in to MyFalkirk using your myaccount
Click on the 'Sign in to MyFalkirk' button below. You will be asked to give Falkirk Council permission to view a limited amount of your myaccount information (we only view your name, address and date of birth). After that is done, you will be signed-in to MyFalkirk with your myaccount.
