Windsor Park School is a purpose built school for the deaf, educating pupils who have a significant hearing loss which requires a high level of support to develop language and/or alternative communication skills at nursery, primary and secondary stages. Nursery children attend Bantaskin Nursery supported by Windsor Park staff.

The school is located one mile to the west of Falkirk Town Centre adjacent to Bantaskin Primary School and Windsor Park Secondary Department is located within Falkirk High School. Pupils integrate into these establishments, with support, to a greater or lesser degree depending on individual needs.

Placing requests for children from other authorities can also be arranged through Children's Services.

A Curriculum for Excellence is delivered through Total Communication incorporating speech, audition, lip reading and Sign Supported English. British Sign Language is also introduced at an early stage to facilitate communication variations and needs. The Sign Language Tutor provides deaf awareness and communication classes for all associated staff, families, pupils and the general community.

The school works closely with Speech and Language Therapists, Audiologists and other agencies to ensure the best provision for hearing impaired pupils.

The visiting teachers from the Hearing Impairment Service and Visual Impairment Service are also based in and managed from Windsor Park School. These teachers support children and families from diagnosis to school leaving age.
