Housing Online
Housing Online lets you access your housing information and services in one place.
You can use it to:
- update your contact details and personal information
- check your rent account, statements and transactions
- apply for council housing
- view and bid for properties on Homespot
- report a repair and book an appointment
- view your tenancy details
Before you start
You need a myaccount to use Housing Online.
- If you do not have a myaccount, go to Create a myaccount
- If you already have a myaccount, go to Link your account to Housing Online
Sign up
Follow the steps in the video below to get started.
Log in
Once you have registered, you can access Housing Online by logging in with your myaccount.
Joint tenants
If you are a joint tenant, contact us for a person reference number; you’ll need this to register.
