Summerford is a 27-bed community care service, offering reablement care to adults over the age of 55 in the Falkirk area. The service takes a “doing with” approach to help individuals rebuild, retain, or regain essential life skills, mobility and confidence following a hospital admission — promoting a safe and independent return home.

Admissions to the service are part of Falkirk’s reablement programme which provides support from a range of Allied Health Professionals including occupational therapists and physiotherapists.

The property is divided into 4 living areas, each equipped with its own single bedrooms, lounge, and kitchen area. Summerford is set in a quiet residential area with access to its own garden space and outdoor seating.
