Unpaid work gives people who have been convicted of an offence the opportunity to give back to local areas through projects that provide community benefits. The work is overseen by Unpaid Work Supervisors based within Justice Services.

If you know of a community project which could be helped by people providing unpaid work, please get in touch with us.

We would particularly like to help projects which benefit the community - either by improving community safety and helping to reduce the fear of crime, or by making environmental improvements to public spaces.

All projects are assessed to make sure they are suitable before any work begins. We cannot provide help to private individuals or profit-making organisations.
