The HR Operations Team is delivering face-to-face training on Managing Sickness Absence and Capability.

These sessions are interactive and informative and encourage participation in reviewing case studies.

By the end of the training, you will:

• Be able to undertake return to work and other absence interviews considering any complex individual circumstances.
• Be able to get the best out of any medical referral.
• Understand the absence management monitoring process and its link to capability procedures.
• Understand the process to be followed to progress to a capability hearing and be able to present management's case effectively.
