Now we are getting back to somewhere near normality is it time for you to think about your career?

We are delivering 2 ILM courses virtually starting in September (not quite back to normal as it's being delivered virtually).

The ILM Level 2 Award in Leadership & Team Skills qualification is suitable for practising team leaders, helping them to become more effective and confident in their leadership role. It also supports new and aspiring team leaders assisting with their transition from working within a team to leading one.

The ILM Level 3 Certificate Leadership & Management qualification is suitable for experienced team leaders who wish to challenge their thinking and are looking for opportunities to work at a higher level.

In the future, training will be delivered in more of a blended approach.

Pre-retirement

We have opened the pre-retirement courses to those who are thinking about retiring at 55 or older.

It is advised that you should start thinking about your options at least 2 years before you retire, therefore if you are 53 or above you can attend one of our courses.

Attending the course does not mean you are committing to anything but the course will give more information on retirement, particularly information on your financial options.
