Adaptations - How do I get help?

To get assistance, please call Social Work Services on 01324 506070 and ask for a Needs Assessment. This assessment will help identify your needs and how urgently you require assistance.

If Social Work Services decide that adaptation work is critical/ substantial (adults) or essential (children), you will be referred to the Private Sector Team who can help you apply for a Mandatory Adaptation Grant, process your application and support you to get the work done.

Further information is available about adaptations and aids and our Care and Repair Service.
