Below Tolerable Standard Strategy
The Housing (Scotland) Act 2006 requires each local authority to publish its Below Tolerable Standard Strategy.
Our current Below Tolerable Standard Strategy (BTS) was an appendix to our 2011-2016 Local Housing Strategy (LHS). This strategy has been superseded by our Local Housing Strategy 2023-28.
We recognise the BTS strategy requires to be reviewed. We plan to review this document in 2025/26. This is outlined in our LHS Monitoring and Evaluation Framework.
