Housing Online gives you access to update your contact details (including phone numbers and email), update your personal details, access your rent account, rent statement, and rent transactions.

Direct Debit

Direct Debit is the easiest way to pay. Apply online to pay your Council rent by Direct Debit.


Online

You can pay by debit or credit card through the Council's website. Please have your account number (as shown on your bill, invoice, or reminder) to hand.


At any PayPoint outlet

You need one of our payment cards to do this. Please contact us to request one:

By telephone

Please make your payment online.

If you can't pay online, you can pay by debit or credit card using our automated telephone line or our assisted payment line.

You will need to have your account number details when you call.
