Coronavirus (COVID-19) information

Following the Scottish Government announcement to move to Phase 2 of the construction sector return to work model, as of week commencing Monday 15 June 2020 and subject to safe working practises being in place, we intend to extend the scope of our works as follows.

Reporting emergency repairs remains unchanged and tenants should continue to call us on 01324 506070 to report these. This line is open 24/7.

In addition to the emergency repair service, we intend to carry out repairs to external and communal areas of our properties including:

You can now request these works via the online form below. As you can appreciate we have a backlog of these repairs, reported pre COVID restrictions and will work through them as a priority. We will contact you to arrange a suitable date to visit.

All non-emergency internal repairs continue to remain suspended at this time. However, we would appreciate it if you could still report these repairs using the online form below. This will give us the opportunity to quantify, prioritise and manage workloads when working restrictions change. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to advise on timescales when these repairs will be carried out. However, we will contact you to arrange a suitable date to visit.
