We are currently in the process of moving to a new integrated Housing Management System, and will be unable to provide you with a job number, or send out a repair receipt at this time.
We will however, record your request, and have a member of staff contact you at a later date to arrange an appointment to have the work carried out. Alternatively, if your repair is not considered to be urgent, you may prefer to call back or report on-line on or after 20th June when our new system will be operational.
Although we will continue to deliver a full repairs service during this transitional period, please bear in mind that as we are continuing to work on a backlog of repairs which were postponed due to restrictions during lockdown, your repair may take longer than usual to complete. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding, and please be assured that we are working as hard as possible to return to a normal repairs service as quickly as possible.
