Coronavirus (COVID-19) information

As you are aware due to current COVID-19 working restrictions we were only carrying out emergency repair work for our tenants and as of 15 June 2020 we extended the scope of our work to include repairs to external and communal areas.

However, we have been liaising with Government bodies and other Local Authorities and are pleased to advise that as of 13 July 2020 we intend to extend the scope of our repair service to include all general repairs.

Reporting emergency repairs remains unchanged and tenants should continue to call us to report an emergency repair. This line is open 24/7.

Unfortunately, as a number of our staff remain 'Shielding', as per Scottish Government/ NHS guidelines, we do not have the capacity to carry out planned works, including kitchen, bathroom and disabled adaptation installations. We will continue to monitor this situation and will return to service as soon as possible.

As you can appreciate we have a significant backlog of repairs, reported before and during COVID-19 restrictions and will work through them as a priority. However, if you have an issue with your home, and haven't already reported it, then please let us know using the online reporting form.

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to advise on timescales when these repairs will be carried out but will make contact to arrange a suitable appointed date when we have the capacity to do so.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support during these difficult times.
