A number of Falkirk Council employees recently attended the Menopause Awareness Training for Managers session which was delivered by Lesley Salem of Over the Bloody Moon.

The session explored the symptoms and experiences associated with perimenopause and menopause, and provided practical guidance on how managers can support employees who may be affected.
