Our fees include the Civil Partnership Notice fee, statutory Civil Partnership registration fee and Civil Partnership certificate fee.

Civil Partnership Registrations take place our base in Falkirk Library.

Civil Partnership Ceremonies
Ceremonies can be arranged at Callendar House or at a venue of your choice within the Falkirk Council area.
Civil partnership ceremonies at Falkirk Registration Office (Callendar House) during normal working hours
Our ceremony times are 11am, 1pm and 3pm.
- Monday Ceremonies: The Study (couple and 2 witnesses) – £155
- Friday Ceremonies: Queen’s Room (couple and up to 32 guests) – £317
A non-refundable deposit of £20 is payable at the time of booking and will be deducted from the above fee.
Callendar House only hosts civil ceremonies arranged through the Registration Service. Bookings for ceremonies outside of this arrangement are not available.
Civil partnership ceremonies at Falkirk Registration Office (Callendar House – Queens Room) on a Saturday or Sunday
Our weekend ceremony time is 1pm.
- Saturday or Sunday Ceremonies: Queen's Room (couple and up to 32 guests) - £680*
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is payable at the time of booking, this deposit is deducted from the above fees. This fee includes the statutory notice fees, statutory civil ceremony fee, hire of the Queens room for the ceremony and 1 certificate.
* A concession is available for customers receiving means tested income related benefits.
Civil Partnership ceremonies at a venue of your choice in the Falkirk Council area
