Planning fees to increase on 9 June 2025
The Scottish Government have set out the second phase of inflation-linked increases to planning fees, coming into force on Monday 9 June 2025.
Fees for appeals to Scottish Ministers and fees for local reviews (to the Local Review Body) are also to be introduced.
